FAQ
We are Revolve Certified. Revolve makes it easier to shop second hand by giving you confidence in the quality of items, and a great shopping experience – saving pocket and planet. This means you can be sure everything we sell has been safety and funcionality checked, giving you peace of mind.
It's simple! Once you have placed your order, email us at reuse@transitionstirling.org.uk with your order number. If you have paid for delivery, we'll organise a time to drop it round to you. If you're picking it up from the Hub, we'll organised a time for you to pop in and get it.
Still got questions? Phone us on 01786 633 396
Yes! We couldn't run without our incredible team of volunteers. Helping on the shop floor, welcoming customers, sorting and safety checking donations, going on deliveries and pickups, and building planters are just a few of the ways you can get involved. If you have a few hours a week to give, get in touch at reuse@transitionstirling.org.uk
If you have old furniture, toys, books, instruments, tech, sports equipment, games or anything else that's still in great condition, consider donating them to the Reuse Hub
The best way to know if we can accept something is by sending us a photo through Facebook or Instagram, or by emailing us at reuse@transitionstirling.org.uk
We have a collection point at Lower Polmaise Household Waste Recycling Centre labelled Reuse which is open during the Recycling Centre's hours for anyone wishing to drop off items.
You can also bring donations during the Hub's open hours:
Wednesday-Saturday | 10am-5pm
Sunday | 11am-4pm
